The Neighborhood
Rainey Street, from above and at street level.
A row of century-old bungalows turned into bars and kitchens, sitting between the lake and downtown — with the tower right in the middle of it.
Location
The most walkable address downtown.
Step out the lobby and you're on Rainey Street — porches strung with lights, mezcal bars, listening rooms and food trucks in the back gardens. Turn the other way and you're on the hike-and-bike trail along Lady Bird Lake within three minutes.
The convention center, Sixth Street, the Capitol and the Congress Avenue bridge are all walkable. The airport is fifteen minutes by car, with no highway between you and the terminal.
