Natiivo Austin is a 33-story glass tower between Lady Bird Lake and the bungalow bars of Rainey Street. Our condos sit between the 11th and 20th floors, with 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass that turns the skyline into the artwork.
Each one is furnished for a stay of one night or one season: a full kitchen, a washer and dryer in the home, a proper desk and fresh linens between guests. Check-in begins at 4 PM. Guests communicate with the building concierge on arrival and receive keycards for access. Keycards are returned to the concierge at checkout by 11 AM.
The building is close to I-35, and some guests may notice highway noise. White-noise machines are provided in the condos for a more comfortable stay.
