Two-bedroom condo with a private balcony, 14th floor

Unit 1406 is the largest home in the collection and the only two bedroom. Two proper bedrooms, each with its own bathroom nearby, sit at either end of a central living and dining space. This layout works when two couples travel together, or when a family needs the children asleep behind a closed door.

The private balcony is the other reason people choose this one. It is furnished with chairs and a small table, and it faces south, which means shade in the afternoon and a breeze most evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a group: full-height refrigerator, induction cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher, stone counters and enough cookware and tableware to actually host a dinner. The dining table seats six, which is unusual in a downtown condo.

Both bathrooms are full baths. One has a walk-in stone shower and the other has a bath, so nobody is queuing in the morning. Laundry is in the home, and there is fast Wi-Fi and a workspace for anyone who has to log on.

Fourteen floors up and facing south, unit 1406 looks across the neighbouring towers toward the lake side of downtown. It sleeps six across three beds, and it is the home most often booked for longer stays.
