Pet-friendly studio condo on the 12th floor, Rainey Street

Unit 1204 is the studio in the collection, and it is planned with more care than the word usually implies. The bed sits at the window end behind the living group rather than in the middle of the floor, so the space reads as two zones: somewhere to sleep, and somewhere to sit, eat and work.

It is also the pet-friendly home here. Dogs are welcome for a fee. Tell us when you book so we can note it on the reservation and the building access.

A full kitchen runs along one wall: stone counters, induction cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher and a full-height refrigerator, with cookware, glassware and coffee equipment in the cabinets. A solid oak table seats two comfortably and four at a push.

The leather sofa opens into a sleeper, which is how the studio sleeps four. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the condo, a smart TV ready for your own logins, and fast Wi-Fi for a working week.

From the 12th floor the glass gives you a wide skyline outlook rather than a slice of one. It is good in the morning and even better after dark when the towers light up. A cushioned window seat by the kitchen is the best place in the home to sit with a coffee.
