Unit 1105 is the entry point into the collection and one of the easiest homes to settle into. The front door opens onto a long, light corridor that runs past the kitchen and the laundry closet before the space widens into a living room framed by floor-to-ceiling glass. Ten-foot ceilings and exposed concrete overhead keep the proportions generous rather than boxy.

The bedroom sits behind a full wall and a solid door, not a curtain or a half-partition, so one person can turn in early while the other keeps working or watching. A king bed faces a wall-mounted television, and a leather lounge chair sits in the corner by the window.

The kitchen is a real one: full-height refrigerator, induction cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher, stone counters and open shelving stocked with glassware, cookware and coffee gear. A round oak table seats four for breakfast, and the leather sofa in the living room converts into a sleeper for a third and fourth guest.

There is a proper desk surface and fast Wi-Fi throughout, which matters if you are here for a work week rather than a weekend. The washer and dryer live inside the condo, stacked in a closet by the entry, with detergent provided.

From the 11th floor, the view reaches across Rainey rooftops, live oaks and the western tree line, with the sun dropping behind it in the evening. The building is close to I-35, and some guests may notice highway noise.
